The Craftory invests $60mn in Freddie’s Flowers

Freddie’s Flowers has secured USD 60mn from The Craftory, a global investment house that invests in consumer brands. The investment will support the company’s rapid growth and international expansion as well as enhance its range of products and hire new talent.

Freddie’s Flowers was advised by Houlihan Lokey (corporate finance) and Weil, Gotshall & Manges (legal).

The Craftory was advised by Squire Patton Boggs.

The company was established in 2014 and is a subscription-based flower delivery service. It offers weekly boxes of fresh flowers, chosen by Freddie, delivered to customers across the UK and Germany for GBP 25 a month.
